RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds beyond this period.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note that gift cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at support@christgiftstore.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and confirm the correct return address before you send anything back.
After you contact us and your return is approved, you may send your item to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This may include (but is not limited to):
- Items that are not in their original condition;
- Items that are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. If your refund is rejected, we will let you know the reason.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@christgiftstore.com.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@christgiftstore.com and we will assist you with the next steps.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate or provide an electronic gift credit.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
