We ship within the United States and to many international destinations. If shipping is available to your location, you will see shipping options at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

• United States: typically 7–10 days after shipment
• International: typically 7–21 days after shipment (may take longer due to customs)

We typically ship via USPS First Class Mail or other reliable carriers depending on destination and package requirements.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and may vary based on destination, weight, and current carrier pricing. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website and/or at checkout.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number (if available). Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After processing/shipment begins, we may not be able to make changes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYS, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
